Water and Waste

Studio has gained experience in the areas related to Water and Waste theme, in details public procurement on waste and water cycle management by the legal advisory and legal assistance provided to various Service Operators. In favor of such operators the Studio carries out assistance activities, both in the management of environmental issues arising from the application of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006 and also related to the service performed, and in the performance of the functions of a concessionaire of a public service, such as the exercise of the functions of the contracting station, or the management of relations with other bodies or with private users, and with reference to the issues related to the charging of the tariff.
