The Studio also has specific competences in matters related to the application of Legislative Decree 152/2006, c.d. on "Environment Code".
In particular, it carries out legal assistance activities in favor of Dealers/Managers operating in the water and waste cycle sectors, both with reference to the environmental issues of their competence and the experimentation of the functions of the Procurement Stations. The Studio also provides legal support for operators in the environmental remediation field by assisting them in the pre-authorization procedures.
The Studio gives assistance in the procedures of V.I.A./V.A.S. as well as in the procedures initiated for the release of A.I.A./A.U.A..
Assistance is provided through the issuing of legal, both written and oral legal opinions and, where necessary, by the direct presence of the Professions during the Conferences of Services or meetings with the Administrations.
The Studio carries out environmental due diligence activities as well, by conducting investigation and pre-commissioning procedures for business mergers, concessions for use of industrial areas or sales/acquisitions, relating to the verification and discovery of the historical administrative documentation of the companies concerned, as well as in-depth verification of the status of any ongoing authorization procedures.
This activity is carried out with reference to the verification of the administrative and authorization status of real estate, land and industrial sites as well as areas subject to public concessions.

In particular, due diligence is divided into the following phases:

- analysis of the environmental aspects of the assessed company;

- study of environmental documentation;

- regulatory compliance analysis;

- identifying environmental liabilities;

- two Diligence report.
