The Studio acquired a peculiar competence in the Insurances Area through consulting activities carried out in favor of insurance companies and primary insurance brokers in public evidence procedures field as well as in the later stages of the performance of insurance or insurance intermediation activities, The Studio has provided this service by assisting companies in dealing with the Bodies relation.
The assistance is given by preparing legal advice or, where necessary, by ensuring the direct presence of Professionals at meetings with the Bodies.
In the case of insurance companies, legal assistance activities are also provided in disputes arising after the execution of fiduciary policies.
In addition, the Studio carries out assistance in managing relationships with the Supervisory Authorities, either by preparing reports, instances and memos, and by providing appropriate defenses in sanctions procedures activated by the same Authorities.
