The Studio in the energy areas has gained experience in the permitting phase, incentive procedures and management of all issues related to plants from renewable sources and not, as for consulting and legal assistance provided by the Studio in favor of various domestic and foreign companies and leaders in the field.
In favor of such operators, the Studio also carries out assistance in adjudicating injurious acts issued by the Administrations, as well as in the appeal of acts of a regulatory nature immediately prejudicial to the category.
The dispute also concerns the causes of delays in the Public Administration in the issuance of the measures within the scheduled period, as well as injurious measures caused by delay or from the adoption of unlawful measures.
The Studio also deals with the negotiation and drafting of key contracts for acquisitions and mergers of companies operating in the area, with or without prior due diligence in energy and environmental legislation, in addition to assistance in negotiating and drafting EPC contracts and O & .M.
