Procedures and Companies Restructuring Procedures

The Studio regularly assists Italian and foreign clients, companies and corporate groups in dealing with the crisis management or insolvency of the company, with particular reference to crisis prevention tools, certification of recovery plans and restructuring as well as the prior agreement, the modification agreements of the contracts governing the financial debt, the negotiation and the conclusion of contracts for the sale of companies, investments and real estate.
In addition, the activity includes assistance and advice in legal proceedings against the company, directors and control bodies, in the out-of-court negotiation of attempts to make arrangements between the parties involved (credit bureaus, suppliers and customers), also in operation of the rescue and industrial recovery of the enterprise in a state of crisis.
