Michele Dell'Arte is graduated at the University of Catania. He attempted his practice in a specialized civil and administrative law Studio. After the practice, he attended and defended numerous local, private and public bodies, public and private, in civil and administrative jurisdictions.
He deals mainly with matters relating to the law of public procurement and public law. He achieved a Euro planning Master degree. He is also experienced in Community law and in the management of European funds.
He has been an administrative consultant in the management of the European program Italy-Tunisia, by assisting the bodies and companies involved in it. He is currently a Ministry of Education and Research consultant as for the Pon 2014-2020.
